how do I place an order?

To protect the environment and for speed, invoices are sent by PDF via email.
Lead times vary according to diary availability, with the summer months being our most busy.
Small items like guest books and post boxes can usually be accommodated, and an estimated production date will be assigned when you place an order.
Bigger more involved pieces items such as table plans, need to be booked into the diary quite early into your planning, so please bear this in mind.
Once you have decided to proceed with an order, the following payment terms are applicable:-
- an order where the production date assigned is less than 4 months - full amount due at time of placing an order
- an order where the production date assigned is more than 4 months - non refundable 50% deposit
- the balance of the order must be paid 6 weeks prior to production.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, or by credit/debit card via paypal*
*please note, a 4% transaction fee will be added if paying by Paypal
producing your order
Work will not begin on your order under any circumstance until signed paperwork and a proof (if applicable) have been received. Once an order has been placed, a production date for each stage of the order will be given to you. These dates must be strictly adhered to, as other clients must be taken into consideration. Failure of this may result in your order being put back several weeks, or cancelled if is too close to the wedding date.
Where Names are being used, e.g. place cards and table plans, names must be sent by email to ensure correct spellings.
Whilst every pre-caution is taken to ensure all information is correct, It is your final responsibility as a client to proof read check through the wording/dates. By signing all documentation, you are agreeing that all documents have been proof read Speciality Themed orders (Themed Table Plans/Honeymoon Albums)
The above items are made based on the information given at the time of ordering.
By placing an order, you agree to trust my artistic interpretation of the themed event based on the style of my work shown on the website. Themed items carry a strict no refund policy.
making changes to an existing order
If changes are made to an order (for example changing the order of names on a table plan, after the final draft has been submitted) where the work has already taken place, additional charges will be made at a cost of £10 per half hour, plus material costs if applicable.
cancelling an order
Once a booking has been confirmed and a deposit/full amount has been paid, a refund cannot be given if the order is later cancelled If an order is cancelled part way through an order, you are liable to pay for all work completed up to that date if it exceeds the deposit amount.
errors, returns & damages
In the unlikely event that an error has occurred, please notify me as soon as possible by telephone so that the situation can be corrected with immediate effect.
- there are no refunds offered on surplus invitations, reply cards and thank you cards.
- any damages which have occurred during delivery must be reported immediately.
- Orders under £50 will be sent by a 2 day delivery service
- Orders over £50 will be sent by next day delivery service

All services are trackable and will require a signature.
